well i was gona buy one, from my dear friend lain if he had any. but me or my friends cant get in touch with him! any one have any i could buy???

Why do you need a mod account?
You know you need a secondary password inorder to login to MODDOG?
PLUS, when the system notice an IP change. You have to verified it through EMAIL and they give you a link and ETc.

My point is, it's pointless to get a mod account.. They will recover it faster than you can say "HOLY SHIT IM IN A MOD ACCOUNT"
