Which doesn't even really make it a bot, because all it is doing is changing values of a packet when it comes through your end of the server.
I used to do all this manually in rally..It's not the first I've seen, But it has some new features that are pretty interesting.

Hmmmmmm. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure the fact that it does shit without your input and acts on commands of anyone specified is what makes it a bot.
