Gaia Moderator Hack?

I saw a video from this website about a script that allows you to gain access to the moderator pannel ("gaiaonline.com/moddog") the video was up on youtube link
if anyone can tell me what i need to do to make this or where i can download it, that's be great. thanks ^_^

u cant get it, there has been already topic in LG about it, the Head admin Artifical made it, and he isn't releasing it, topic should be locked and any further posts reported as useless spam =\
