Is there anyway to find out who hack you?.Because someone HACKED me AGAIN and he/she send by GIFT

There is no possible way to detect who hacked your account. The only way to maybe get the item returned would be to contact a Gaia mod, but that'd take months, and woudn't be worth it in the end. Plus, you probably were at fault, you either entered your info into a FLW, FLP, FMP, or have a keylogger installed.
