Mostly nothing, you could use it to find out where a person lives so you could use that in their E-mail accounts stuff, and possibly it might be their password.

For the average person however, amounts to knowing or needing to know nothing... who cares... Only hackers and people really wanting to know something need that shit...

Uh, no. you cant. the most you can do is really just track them down and DDOS them. There isnt really much you can do them.
