This is a great chrome extension that tells you when popular streamers are live.

Game tournaments are broadcasted over Twitch and Own3d, so they will show up here. Fucking mesmerizing to watch the professionals play, and it's an amazingly entertaining way to learn how to get better at the game.

And when there isn't a tournament live, professional players stream their pub games, and you can learn from that as well.

If you'd like some suggestions for which streamers are worth following (if you click the Dota icon next to their name, they will appear at the top of the list and you'll get a Chrome notification whenever they start streaming), just ask, and I can give some recommendations.
