for beginners pls note that fixing black bull house has 2 lv of quest. first one u need to be lv 1 and the 2nd is at lv 30 with 10 fame. nella and the citizen request also same. first at lv 15 and 2nd at lv 25

you should also put up in what order to get them, that would make it easier for members and make the questing process faster.
then again i just pq rush to lvl 30, faster for me.
