Absolutely no blending of the render and bg. The bg and renders don't match at all. I hate where the text is. Bg has like no effects.

I agree with Gabe. Also the best way to get renders to blend with the background is to take colors from the render and use those as the background to help blend it in. You should also start off with some basic tutorials at PR.
