This week it was Duct tape and phobias

we're a messed up group of people D:

She woke up slowly, like she normally did in the mornings. But something wasn't right. Something this morning was different then every other morning she woke up to.

This became painfully obvious when she tried to tretch her arms above her head, only to find that she was unable to. She didn't panic though. She was stilla little groggy. She did start to panic whn she opened her mouth to yawn, finding that also restricted. With Duct tape, maybe? She finally forced her eyes open and they grew wide as saucers.

This wasn't her huose! This didn't look familiar at all. Something moved in her peripheral vision and her head snapped towards the movement. Her body heaved gently as she took quick breaths through her nose.

"Hello Alice. About time you woke up." His voice was sickly sweet, like he was accustomed to seeing people wak up in her situation.

Alice could only mumble something uncompreshensible. The man chuckled, an innocent chuckle that normally would be used if he had saw a close friend trip over their own feet. But considering the position they were bth in, it only managed to send shivers down alice's spine.

"Do you know why you're here?" he asked, s if he had forgotten she couldn't speak.

Alice shook her head nervously, eyes fixed on the other person in the room. The man smiled and got up from his chair, wandering around the room slowly, all around the bound girl. "You're here so we can work on your fears. Really, I'm doing you a big favor. Who else do you know that wuold help with such a thing? No one, that's who. And trust me, I know all your fears. And I know that your biggest one... is this."

He moved out of the girl's field of sight, and suddenly loud machines and cogs whirred into life. Alice screamed around the tape as she felt herself being pulled off the ground. She now took the time to asses that she was tied to a chair, and that chair was now hanging a good 4 feet off the ground.

She couldn't help but look down with tears welling in her eyes. Alice turned her head away and stared at the man, silently pleading to be let go. "I don't think that's high enough..." he said, once again bringing the unseen machines to life.
That's all I had time to write...
