So Slash and Myles Kennedy released their new album the other day. They've come a along way fro the first solo album Slash did several years back. They've clearly developed into a cohesive band with a unique sound. I just got my copy today and I've about half way through the 17 tracks and I'm in hard rock heaven as it were. Myles brings a nice touch to Slash's naturally rougher grove work. I think they create a really great sonic tapestry. I highly suggest you give them a listen when you get a chance, even if hard rock isn't you're thing. Myles brings some of the massive vocals and drives associated with them in say pop to the table and I feel it makes the music more accessible to the casual listener.
