Just started using photoshop, not too difficult but there definitely is a lot to learn.
I made this banner/graphic for the top of my layout for neopets. Now this is my first graphic, but I was wondering what you guys think of it, maybe some suggestions.

I'm not much of an artist, I think it's good since you said you're kind of new to Photoshop and all.. so good job, just find some tutorials online or get one of the pros on LG to help you, either Tsuna or Cyanoxide I would say are pro on LG. ;p

Yeah, I was thinking of adding more background "squiggles" that were really light and bright, but I felt like it might be too much

The one I uploaded is without the squiggles, I never saved the squiggle one. But yeah, maybe i'll add more stuff, but just a little. Thanks.

You need to start learning how to blend your layers. There are plenty of tutorials available on planet renders to help you on your way.

Essentially it's very simple. Keep it so you can see how you've progressed afterwards. For now it's simply image over image, but you'll see that in a while you can become good at it if you try. Keep at it bro.
