I thought this thread would be under the junkyard or something.. >3< I actually can't understand the whole chunk of words you typed in the middle, anyway, most of Lana del Rey's songs are amazing.
My favourites -
//Dark Paradise
//Blue Jeans
//Video Games
//Without You
I love Summertime Sadness and Young and Beautiful as well! Y&B is probably one of her best songs ever.

I listen to indie-folk from time to time! I only know of a few indie-folk bands though, eg. Mumford & Sons, The Lumineers, The Civil Wars and Of Monsters and Men.
What other music genres are you into? I'm pretty much into everything except for hardcore music. ((they make my ears bleed))

I see a bunch of Sony and UMG artists, how is that indie?
- 25 Jul. 2013 05:09am #14
Just listened to it. It was alright.
Wasn't quite my speed though, I didn't find it very memorable.
First because "indie" is a genre term, and second because I assume some of those artists take an independent approach to music production while their record labels take care of publicity and promotion.Last edited by Isonyx; 25 Jul. 2013 at 05:12am.
