Resonance

Like the deep unexplored oceans, or a deep thought that wanders through your mind, Resonance is an image that really speaks to me both mysteriously and spiritually.

Previously named Poison, this was an interesting shot to take. I wasn't planning on taking this photo at all. The opportunity came though, and I am glad I took it. I previously named this shot Poison because of it's deep and vibrant colour. It reminded me a lot of a poison dart frog.

That's a sweet photo, but the vibrancy hurts my eyes, haha. And I know you probably didn't photoshop it, but for some reason it looks photoshopped as heck to me hahaaha.

It is Photoshopped a little. (In a processed sense) I had risen the saturation a tad, which really should had been with LAB colour instead of the normal saturation slider. It caused a few textures to clip. The print looks amazing though. I ordered a metal print of this and the preview is spectacular. Can't wait to hang it. It uses a floating wall mount.









The light bouncing off the metallic colors gives the photo a bright luminous quality that almost appears to glow from within. At least that is what it says. I will find out I guess. haha
