Just discovered this on Netflix.
Has anyone else seen it?
I'm not a fan of the fictional aspects of it, but I just think of it in a manner similar to Dr. Who's realism.
It's so intense and well directed.

I put it on one night as "something to sleep to, thought I'd give it a shot"
About 30 seconds in I was hooked and had to finish the whole season. They're working on their 3rd one now.☜(* x *)☞FOOL ON COOL GENERATION

I heard the second one is too try-hard. And I don't like the theme of the third. I think I'll stop after the first and call it quits.
The anti-abortion undertones are way too blatant though.

I watched the first season through, but haven't check out the second season.
I liked the series a lot at first, then it got a bit boring to me
I don't really plan on watching the second season.
What's the theme of the third season?I don't get tired.

Witches.
It is getting boring now that it's gotten to mediums and anti-abortion propaganda. But the acting and directing is extraordinary enough for me to forgive them. I am just assuming they will focus less on the controversial stupidities and more on the character development (because oh god the character development is so good).
Also it has that chick from House of Cards, so that's cool too.

The first season didn't seem to have any blaring anti-abortion propaganda. It was just meant to be a bit disturbing by incorporating the dark side of abortions (specifically the ones involved in the origin story of how the house came to be what it is). But I think that's something you can expect from a horror genre TV show. I don't know about season two though. Example of the anti-abortion propaganda in two?
Haven't seen House of Cards, is it good?I don't get tired.

What? It's extremely anti-abortion. When they're talking about the origins, they refer to what he did tmen as "evil." They called it murdering babies, and said it was taking advantage of poor innocent mothers. They literally called abortions pure evil. Multiple times.
And then the Hayden doesn't go through with it. And she later complains about how her having to get one was such a horrible thing.
Bleh.
And House of Cards is absolutely amazing. One of the best shows I've ever seen.

lol I saw House of Cards right after I saw American Horror Story, which is the first show I"ve ever seen her in.
Then the week after, I watched DeadFall at work, and she was in that too.
The 2nd one I haven't seen, but everyone's told me that it's fantastic so I think I'll check it out when I get around to it.
As far as the 3rd season goes, I spent some time in Salem, so the witch theme seems like it would be pretty cool.
I'll give it a shot☜(* x *)☞FOOL ON COOL GENERATION

I loved the first season mainly the episode that shows Tate shooting up the school library in the same fashion that columbine happened in the library.
I didn't bother with the second season when I watched the first episode it didn't even really seem to interest me all that much

Yeah. Well, the fundamentalist religious undertones are obnoxious as hell, but that does seem to be the foundation with folk lore anyway.
And the fact that every single character, besides the homosexuals, has used homosexual slurs with negative connotations when referencing the gay couple. The fuck.
The medium saying that evil is a physical force and that it all boils down to "basic physics" was obnoxious as hell.
Literally two sentence later says "spirits don't abide by the laws of physics" after being questioned on how it didn't make sense.
Right after talking about how it was all physics.
But character development too good for me to stop watching.
