Wow, very nice. I will have to look up a tut later. I like the avatar.

not bad, only two things I have to say are; the bottom of the images have the base cropped off, you should probably fix that and two the top of the images look over pixelated especially around the edges. That's about it, good job.

Good job for a first try. The only thing that annoys me is the lack of transition between frames. No smooth movement or anything.
