my favorite drummer is mike portnoy for what now is A7x. he used to be the drummer for dream theatre forever xD
i originally listened to dream theatre before a7x but there both good.
dream theatre is definitely my favorite progressive rock/metal band

Slash is my f'in hero man. Don't care what any one says, he's the last of a dying breed and love him for it.
Stach is pretty freakin' awesome too.
Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page are perhaps the best guitarist ever in my opinion. Beck has been at the forefront of ever musical movement since the dawn of rock n roll. Page has the ability to make a guitar do damn near any thing and its amazing.
Dio is the best singer in the world, end of story.
John Lennon is my idol. I think that he's a amazing as a person and he and McCartney together are perhaps the most powerful musical force to ever have been.

Randy Rhodes is god. Just saying. And then theres Ollie Sykes whos bad ass. Slash is pretty good i guess, but nowhere near as good as randy. and Zakk Wylde is good too.
