The blood looks very dry and hard, but very nice work.

I'd get rid of the blood on the top of the nostril. When your nose bleeds it doesn't get up there. Other then that pretty amazing. Maybe some blood on the shirt too....

And maybe a bullet hole if it was a head shot...
Right in the upper right hand blood spot...
