Was looking at posters at Wal-Mart, got inspired by one.
Font is Neue Helvetica Bold Condensed, with an edited spacing between lines.

Texture: http://alexjway.files.wordpress.com/...se42_stock.jpg
Background is dark brown, text alternates between a slightly brighter brown and tan for each word, star image is used as a clipping mask, so all layer styles are applied to the text. Used inner shadow, drop shadow, inner glow. One grouped color dodge layer with a white soft brush for lights.
