Removed a door, a window, some poles, and the red box.
It seems to have issues with stable patterns.

Note: These are all done in ~5 minutes, using ONLY content-aware fill.

Yes, because that is alot of fucking things to remove. CS5 isnt god. CS5 is pretty damn good though.
