Only towards the edges.
The points was to bring your attention to the front of the bus. (the non-blurred, non-sepia part)

I see what you were going for, but the blur grabs my attention more then the front of the bus.

I'm having trouble with the text. It's to small I think, plain. I mean i know you want it to be plain, but it is almost invisible in the picture.
