Nope, it's because someone made a thread suggesting new stuffs like these. So plobby mentioned to just wait, i'm not sure if its in the next update tho :/

Just upload to favicon.ico Generator and it will convert it to ICO for you.

The LG favicon looks ugly, I'd agree on one that wasn't so bad.

Why are you megauploading an ICO file? favicon.cc will host it for free. You can also put .ico's in [img] tags.
I think it would look better without the white border. Ico files are small, so you need as little extra space as possible (especially when there is text to read).
