if there is it needs to be more clear i cant see it.
if not you should make a donate option where someone can donate and maybe get something in return.
i was just thinking of that because when i get my money i was thinking of donating. dont care if theres anything in return just to keep the site up.
+ whatever you dont need to spend on LG you can pocket XD

i think it would be good to help Arti keep the site up and not have him have to pay for so much out-of-pocket. keeping a site up and running can get expensive, so having an option where we can all help and donate a little bit, or a lot if you're generous, would help keep LG up and running and stay on the path to being 1000X better than it was.

Alex does several things, like the purchase of game currency, to support gaia online.

i was looking for a donation button earlier. a bunch of my friends bought prepaid paypals and have a few $$ left over they dont need. i can probably just get them and donate them because they would just go to waste other wise. hope that button comes out soon

Perhaps buying LGG or a "premium" account as a form of donation?
- 16 Nov. 2009 05:28am #9Hm...That's a good idea...Do you think we would be allowed to put Google Ads on here as well?

Google ads really don't pay that much. You'd prolly be off taking paid advertisements. But I'm not too sure what the market is for ads on a warez/hacker site.

Your account gets banned if you tell anyone to click it. They can tell by the number of times an ad is clicked compared to the number of times it was viewed. If it was clicked too often, you'll get banned. And even the clicks aren't that much. Mine have ranged anywhere from $0.02 to $1.20. It's random, but I believe the average is something like $0.10 per click. I calculated all this a while back, but don't remember it off the top of my head.
All in all, it pays shit. But LG is pretty active, so it'd prolly pay $100/year, I'd hope/imagine.

Also, Logical Gamers is ineligible for having Google ad's as the main focus of the site is towards cheating/hacking and/or malicious activity towards other sites.
They have really strict term's of conditions, and with the click and such they can easily tell which clicks are unintentional clicked/interested towards the direct advertisement.

I mean I don't see anything wrong with it, you guys keep giving examples on how the website is getting money, but that's a little off topic, hes asking if donating should be allowed, not how the website is getting money. I support I guess.

wow well i never thouught my suggestion would get so big but its good to know that everyone agrees as for arti selling gold i didnt know bout that. if i dont many more must not so it would be better to put a button up. also maybe if he makes an announcement on it.
@html: it is getting a little off topic but its interesting

I think having a donation option to be able to support the site would be good.
