Well guess what, Facebook is not donating 3 dollars for every share and or like of a photo posted by a like whore.

I think its sick that someone would use a picture of a baby with medical attention to get likes.

What do you guys think?

same they just want the likes but most pictures look photo shopped.

I remember doing like one of those when i used to have "bebo" then never doing it again but you are right. Some of them are real though but i dont think all.

Yum, baby meat. If its in pain and wont live without medical help and its parents cannot afford it then just let it die..if it wont die without medical attention its a baby, that face will heal and be normal again by the time the child is 12.

Unless the person is donating the money personally and you actually know they will then its fine, but facebook doesnt donate, its a multimillion dollar company that wont donate unless its going to get benefits from seeming to give a damn about the human race and not the money that will come in. Such appearances will get it more members. More members= more $$$.

I believe gaia did this with the Japan earthquake, after their little supportive fest gaiaonline.com had an active/joining of users rate of +70% higher than it had before the special items were made, ect.

Its whoring. But people perpetuate it and it causes no harm except for fucked up looking pictures being burned into people's minds. I think there should be some kind of filtering process for facebook, and stupid fucking like whoring will die a fast and painful death, like myspace whoring.

I've become inured to GENUINE requests for medical help posted on social networking sites and in newspaper ads. What makes people think that folk like me are going to be impressed by this crap? If people genuinely want to help out, be my guest, but whoring out for likes? seriously?

That said, this is all I have to say:

I think its pretty terrible now that I've thought about. You have all these people liking and sharing and then feeling good about themselves. They've done nothing but walk around as if the sun shines out of their ass for liking something on facebook.
You want to help humanity and feel good about yourself? Go help at a homeless shelter, a soup kitchen, donate blood, ect. Don assume that the internet is an avenue for helping mankind and that your actions there warrant you feeling good about yourself.
