Mozilla Firefox 4 Beta 7

Yep.
They updated again.


Few things they changed:

• Moved the refresh button from next to the home button to the other side of the address bar
  
• Added a bookmarks button on the far right
  
• Updated to a new Java handler, seems trk faster
  
• Added a link URL preview to the address bar. Puts an arrow at the end of the current address when hovering over a link, displays link address after said arrow.
  

Anybody else notice anything I haven't?

I noticed it's not illegal to use Mozzarella Foxfire instead of Goggle Rome

Is it running any faster?

For me its a bit faster than the old
but so far i believe the rate is from 1-10
i rate it a 8

To me it seems like they just built off of the google chrome source.

I doubt it's faster than GC.
GC is so light, and then FF has so many addons and crap that make it slower.

I still won't be using it.

Chrome and Firefox share a shit load of the same things in the engine, but Chrome is heavily modified and running on its own shit.

I am stuck with CometBird, it's firefox but made to be fast like chrome right off the bat (works faster than chrome for me)

im using opera.

So far i'm liking it only problem it takes forever to load up when you launch and mine randomly crashes, sticking with google chrome for now.

All they are doing is starting to copy Chrome and Opera more.

Yup, Everyone is copying everyone these days. Take maplestory for instance :p they are doing the big bang...aka Cataclysm for WoW lol but yeah I always loved firefox then i tried google chrome and loved how i can have over 20 tabs open and no lag at all where with firefox at about 10 it started to lag.

I can manage 56 tabs without one bit of lag, I dunno what the hell is wrong with your PC lol.

I've always loved Firefox, the layout, the shortcuts, all the themes and extensions, but the only thing I hated was that you had to restart after you installed a new extension, but in Chrome it's just one click and it's beside your address bar

Chrome is ultra fast, but it doesn't have all the extensions that Firefox has, for example the AdBlock Plus chrome version is utter crap, it doesn't block shit lol.

I'm sticking with Firefox 3.6 with the Firefox 4 theme ;D

I thought firefox was adding a "do not track me" thing into their browsers?

Or is that only an attachment thing?
