As long as the person is completely on topic who cares. This does not mean old trading threads etc....

Nah obviously if it's anything reasonable it wouldn't matter. it just gets annoying seeing threads started 2 years ago get refreshed when they're not helpful or anything. if it will spark a decent conversation then go for it, but other then that there's no need.

Of course. I don't want to hear about some update for a game that happened 4 months ago. It really just boils down to common sense, and a lenient yet strict bumping/grave digging rule. :)
