Netanyahu says Israel wants to promote peace as talks near
Israel's goal is to "responsibly and seriously promote a peace agreement" in the upcoming direct talks with Palestinians, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in his weekly Cabinet meeting Sunday.
