A report released Monday by the International Committee of the Red Cross is calling on Israel to lift a 3-year-old blockade against Gaza, saying the "the closure is having a devastating impact on the 1.5 million people" who live in the Palestinian territory.

Sort of the point. Israel is justified and if they are going to drop the blockade it'll be because they've iced Gaza. As long as Hezbollah remains in power there and thus a majority Israel can't not have the blockade.
