Tourism is bouncing back and war-torn areas are being rebuilt, but troops are still finding weapons in old battlefields and Sri Lanka remains under a state of emergency one year after a decades-long civil conflict ended.
I've put the forum in archive mode - keeping basic chat here in case people drop by with a message. If anybody is still around happy to talk about building a small new little community, otherwise will just leave it archived.
