What is the right balance to strike between freedom of and restrictions upon artistic expression?

C0FFINCASE wrote:Well I was thinking about it and there are the crazy people that kill people and chop them up and call it art and while I get it in an odd twisted sense I think we can't allow that real cause then I mean you sanction murder if someone calls it art. But in the normal case you can't censor art it is free speech and makes point and presents ideas that are often beyond words.
