Good move, but they really ought to just hack off their junk. We need to do that here, that or shoot them.

As much as it's what they "deserve," it isn't humane. It won't stop their psychological problems. They should go to jail, end of story.

Well, castration will stop some of the testosterone right?

Yeah, but a lot of these people are mentally ill. I don't think this will solve the problems.
