What is your Workout Schedule?
What workout schedule do you follow? Or do you just go day by day and determine what you think you need to work on most?

I really don't think I have an effective way of working out. I do bench every other day and then it's either arms, legs or a combination of everything after benching.
I also tend to do a shitty job at cardio as well.

I go after my last class each day I'm on campus, so MWF.

Do you have to buy a membership for your campus gym?

Nope. Shit's free.

Attending the college is me paying to use the gym.

At Moraine Valley, the school I once went to, you had to pay $40 a month to attend their bottom-of-the-line gym.

You should have written a letter to the editor and then dropped out. That is absurd that they don't have free gym access for students. The one I have isn't even super good. It is good though. Pay quality. Two-story, indoor track, basketball court, treadmill/aerobics room (fits probably 50 people at once), weight lifting and machine room (also serves like 50 people at once), ping pong, showers, lockers. I dig it.

Well I already dropped out for other reasons.
But yeah, it is some bullshit.
Apparently by Fall 2014 they will have a state-of-the-art gym building. Construction already started.

I have a chart with a bunch of random exercises on it. You roll two dice to find out the exercise to do, and then one to two more to find out how many times you have to do it. It's an entertaining way to exercise, because you never know what you're going to do/how much. Like, if you roll two sixes for amount, you have to do a hundred.

So yesterday I put my bitching calves to the test on a calf machine.

50 reps of 100 pounds

I am a fucking god.

Try 50 reps at 200. That left rocks in my calves. (:
