Who wants to start an LG project 30?
Basically a project 30 is where you make a goal to complete for 30 days.

The goal I'm proposing is to lose 10lbs (or gain if you're under weight). We'd all post threads in this section with updates, and if anybody has any questions we can all help each other out. If this gets enough attention on the poll, I'll go ahead and make a more detailed thread with start dates and basic guidelines. I've done this a few times before, and managed to lose ~70lbs in the past year from these. Since I'm finished with mine I'd love to help other people out since I've already done all the research and know so much about the subject.

Keep in mind, this will all be free from judgemental eyes. If you're going to hassle somebody about this I'll ban you from the section.

I would love to do this but I do not eat a proper diet and I never have since I was a child. I have a very severe eating disorder where my diet really consists of only a handful of foods. Many nutrients, vitamins and other shit is skipped in my diet because of the lack of the foods that carry it.

I do the same thing, I would only eat a few meals. For two years I only ate spaghetti. I found that you don't need to focus on breaking eating habitually, but rather replace the foods with healthier ones that taste just as good. For example I replaced spaghetti with Subway, now I eat subway every day. It contains all the proper nutrients and taste amazing.

What kind of foods do you like best, I'll try and come up with a list of cheap, quick, and healthy foods that also taste amazing.

Remember that if you decide to do this, It's going to suck at first, but after a week or two you won't be able to eat junk food again. Now I can't eat frozen meals or Mc.Donalds without feeling sick and weighed down.

I really cannot see the world without pizza. I have had pizza everyday for a year now. And I really would not want to get rid of eating pizza because I love it so much haha.
Pizza is pretty much my main food. However I know that if I want to be a professional athlete, I am going to have to change my eating habits. I hate eating out at places though unless it's Nonnas or Beggars pizza. :P
But trying new foods has rather become a phobia for me. I am terrified for some reason, I can't figure it out.

You've just got to get out there and try it. That's honestly the best advice I can give you. You're your own limitation.
