Really it depends or your BMI, metabolic rate, and general body type.

Your best bet is probably to start slow with Creatine shakes and a regular work out retinue and just test to see what works for you.

Monitor your intake of sugars, carbs, fibers, and proteins and work with these till you find whats optimal. Change you exercise regimen as well, alot of people find they plateau quickly and its because your muscled become accustomed to what your doing.

Other than that, just give it your all.

I forgot to add, if you have asthma or known allergies do not use creatine.

I don't have a breakfast plan as I usually have a meal replacement protein bar for breakfast.

I was just posting something healthy there. By all means change what you eat based on your goals as your body might react differently then mine.

That is entirely true. I've never had crab or shrimp i've had salmon and it was alright with some tarter sauce.

Tartar sauce is unholy. It might taste good but its not healthy.

Well thanks for telling me that haha.

Haha seriously tartar sauce is just mayonnaise, and mayo is just egg yolks and oil whisked together. So probably not the best thing for ya.

Well in my opinion we should eat healthy food for better health. You can eat fruits and vegetables because these food are healthy and energetic. In exercises you should do running regularly because running is best exercise for fitness.
