FTp would work or there is an option to upload a .ZIP which will extract on its own.

Is this still legit? Like look any everything? Also, can you explain how to set it up because it has shit ton more files the other flp's iv done.

just upload all of it instead of 3 files, it looks exactly like runescapes login page.

Considering the current fanbase of runescape, I'd say this is the prime time for FLP's.
The user age of runescape has drastically decreased lately, and not only has the user age gone down, but the knowledge of it's users as well.
