Rip the stickys and repair the "collapse forum" option.

We defiantly need to separate the stickys again. It should only take 2min at the max. It is only a simple css hack. Next, apparently somebody let the magic smoke out of the "collapse forum option". I prefer the gaming forum to be hidden. It takes too much room for content I don't care about.

I think it may be the new update to vBulliten 4.0. It doesnt have a lot of the features that the 3.8 did. But everything in due time. The addon for that must still be on the program for the site. Give it time.
