Buy LGG with USD
I think you should be able to buy LGG with USD. It would work because LGG is used on most games. Not sure if Lg's creators would want there user's buying LGG though.

Well i must say that this idea is pretty nice and will help to raise the funds for the site. But on the other hand there may be some rich people who come buy LGG with money and may spam. So if this idea is implemented we have to set them a certain criteria regarding posts. It will be better i guess
Not sure how you can link the amount of LGG someone has to the quality of their posts.
The idea is great, especially for raising funds. However, I'm not sure how many people would actually buy it. I know Arti used to do this, so I don't know why he doesn't anymore.

Well if he generates it ( Which I assume is how he did it )... Then he would screw up the worth for LG...

uld hover around 1:7 atleast. If it gets too low, I simply have to sell tonnes of Gaia items on the cheap and raise it back up

Well the members could earn it ( Its really not that hard to earn LG... ), and you would avoid all that stress...
I mean you can sell the accounts for normal price and get around the same amount of USD ( as if you sold LG )... Then you wouldn't have to keep track of all of the LG and leveling the value out...
Except for the part that if he doesn't generate it, then LG has little to no income.
I generated a good 8 million, and nothing happened to the LG economy. My PayPal exploded, though.
I much like Arti's idea of just selling Gaia accounts to raise the LG worth back up. And/or that idea I posted before I charging 100k for a name change. That 100k would simply be wiped from the economy, raising the value of LGG. It's a feature that would constantly be used with no staff validation or interaction. LGG would increase in value on its own.
