Blue screen error on pc

Blue screens are caused by hardware problems. Unplug external devices until you find out which is causing it. If no external device is likely malfunctioning.

if its windows 8 upgrade to 8.1 as there is kernel issues with some versions of 8.
you will break skype desktop upgrading to 8.1 and some programs..
