Does anyone know a good free website to create an flp. And can someone give the basics on how to do it. thanks

000webhost.com is a free and easy to make flp. Or I can host it for you if you want, but that wont be free though lol. Just PM me if you need any help making flp for any website.

There is a guide on making them, and it has some listed. It suggests x10hosting.com and/or the one Bule said.
