I need help Fast !

ok so i found how to get mobile views on youtube fast but i need some help to ramp it up any ideas ?

This project will be done in vb 2008.

It's already been done multiple times. If your view to like/dislike ratio is too far off people will start flagging your video and you won't make partner or could lose your partnership with Youtube.

Google's about to push out a fix for that and the reply girls soon (hopefully this month). So hurry up and take advantage of it while you can.
