Adoptable site script?

I'm so bored with my pokemon forums (because of hardly any activity) I am planning to make some sort of pixel adoptable site.

I can make the site myself as I have dreamweaver etcetera, I was wondering if anyone has the skills to create something that people can click on, making the adoptable level up?

Then after 50 clicks for example, the adoptable would grow?

I've always wanted to make something fun like this, but I've never been able to find an artist to partner with.

Sure, but i'll have to make some more pixel stuff as well. Haha too much college work sucks >_<

We can make these adoptables, make a side-site of LG adoptables, anyone can use them in their sigs anywhere, and special items can be bought by LG gold, Gaia Gold, Neopoints, or whatever

OH - also I can do things like evolutions, baby forms, recolours, types, all sorts OMG THIS WILL BE FUN.

Once the internet is hooked up at my house, I'd be willing to get in on the project.

My only major questions are;

What "type" of site do you plan on making? (Eg: Like Gaia [Human Avatars] or pets, pokemon, dragons, etc?)
Based on the answer to the above question, how quickly can you create and perfect those pixel art creations to keep the development speed steady? Is it going to take a large amount of time to do each pet, and if so how should we handle the entire process?

Well my summer holidays are coming up so i have plenty of time. We could hire up more pixel artists too just to keep the process going smoothly. The sneasel pixel thing took about an hour or so do to.

The type of site could be complex as Gaia if anyone has the programming knowledge to do so. Or it could be a simple level-up adoption site like valenth etcetera. It's your choice really, i'm just doing the artsy stuffs.

As this is a complex thing to do, I'll start us off by making a simple adoptable site such as Valenth. All I need now is suitable coders ;o

Either that, or a photoshop layout.
