Pokemon Go "your device isn't compatible with this version"

Hi,

I have an Asus Zenphone 2 and Im trying to get the new pokemon go, but its saying that "your device isn't compatible with this version". I have checked and the playstore and software is updated. Not sure how to fix?

Please help.

It might just be as simple as that--your device might just be incompatible. You could probably find an old model of a Samsung Galaxy (my suggestion) or something, and that'd work just fine.
