Minecraft on the droid?

I was thinking of making an app for it. What does everyone think?

Notch is working on this already.

Notch is fat so it doesn't matter.

Without completely redoing and optimizing the engine, you wont be able to do it.
Just look at the performance specs... I have problems running it on a netbook, how would it run on an android?

An android is more optimized than your computer.
Also, i bet my droid has nearly just as much processing power as your netbook.

It's not the optimization of the OS, it is the optimization of minecraft itself. It is way too unoptimized currently, but I believe notch has someone working on it.
