That doesn't mean it's legit. You could be selling hacked gold.

2 ways to find out really trust this user or just ask him alot of questions on how he made the gold or earned it.

If you do get banned you can report him because it would be scamming as in him selling you a fake item like hacked gold ect. I think. Depending on what you get banned for.
