There is no scamming involved, nothing illegitimate, and I guess you could saying tricking, but it is not that severe, and 100% legal.
And I am really looking for USD, for easy/faster payment.

I can pay USD by mail...hm...I've been trying for a long time to get money onto paypal by mail. I swear its impossible...i have no other way of getting it on there.
I'm really interested, i just...need...a method of payment :(
