People want to know these kind of stuff before buying because they don't want an account with only items worth 10k but 100 of them. [As boobearsh says]

Well he can get a better offer for it maybe.
He sold a unverified paypal [right?] so he can probably get money for his verified paypal.

No need to be rude. I just want a clarification on what you wanted, because I had an extra verified paypal that I made two years ago that has no credit card attached, but is verified. >_>
