Okay, you gave 1 post so i'm going to ask a simple question; you say it's a personal account, but has it come in to contact with any accounts that may have had hacked gold/items on them at some point, even as a middleman account?
Gaia does bring out the banhammer, and so they will use any excuse these days.

Nah, I've never sent any hacked items or hacked gold to this specific account. Though I have come into contact with those things on other accounts.
Hmm, do those accounts have any kind of trading history with your current personal account?
If you use other accounts and you said you came in contact with some stuff like that. Did you ever use a proxy or change your IP, If not then you could get banned.
I don't really see the big deal with changing your IP, I have a legit '03 worth well around 150m and I have had several other smaller accounts with scammed and hacked gold that have been banned and what not, I never bothered changing IP/use proxy and my legit has never even recived a warning or anything....
