But the virus is some " rogue " virus, that basically didn't really let me do shit.
But some how they knew what to do.

Register, start screaming about viruses (Not really, post in the correct forum)
They'll have you run this scan, post the log, run this scan, post the log, run this program with these settings, post the log, etc etc. After the first few scans your computer will be usable, but DONT STOP - I kinda dropped off alot, and it always came back. Follow through with all the scans with them.

That seems like a lot of work.
