You can use accounts with high amounts of friends to advertise sites, business, money link, etc.

that's why I didn't post that one as a suggestion xD
I'm pretty sure if you implemented a fpps into a webpage or if you implemented an flw into a webpage you could get a lot of people again through bulletins.
