Make something yourself and give it to her. You could look up a recipe for chocolate and make her some? Or spend a bitch load of time on a card for her. If there are any games she likes that have some sort of sentiment to them you get her something like that. Just like my boyfriend I both love ff8, so I got him the necklace with the two rings on it.
