Something that isn't repetitive and bloopy?
And something that isn't nigger music?
And something that doesn't make me want to eat some turkey smothered in gravy?

The point is it has to be mixable. Have you ever tried mixing any kind of rock music? sounds like a bunch of retards having static sex.

So it sounds like techno?

No, techno, when mixed, will still have some sense of order, rock isn't built to be mixed.

When you mix it all it does is move it farther and farther from what it is.
It spawns idiotic people who think just because they can mix a few tracks together on a computer, they're musicians.
Techno wasn't built to be mixed, it just happens that it mixes easier than most other types of music due to it's low quality and often repetetive sound.
I'm sure rock CAN be mixed, you just have to have great skills to do it.

It wasn't invented to be mixed, but more often then not if its a good track then it will be mixed and most composers keep that in mind now a days. Rock, that happens less, therefor it is a hell of a lot harder to mix, and even when it is it doesn't sound vary appealing. So, linking this all back to the topic, mixing hardstyle or happy hardcore is probably going to turn out better then mixing a rock variant.

Unless you really know the FL program, Its easier to make a background track and just mix in a song over top.
I suck with FL so thats normally what I do.

I've made remixes and crap song with it D;
but yeah I'll just get some benassi song and lower the treble and higher the bass and have the other song with a higher treble. I'll mess with it right now lol
